"Okay food truck, just wish it was closer"
I just tried this food truck recently, and it was fine to find, but it still felt a little too far from me. Maybe it’s because the trip is fresh in my mind, but the distance kind of stood out more than anything else. I’d probably go more often if they had a regular stop closer to my area.

The bun was disappointing. The bread tasted dry, and it had this weird chewy texture that just didn’t work for me. Also, having to go through verification again and again was annoying and made the whole experience feel even more frustrating.

We booked Cousins Maine Lobster for a small work event, it was just okay. Maybe I expected too much, but the truck arrived a little late and the line seemed to move slowly. The food tasted fine, so it wasn’t bad, but the portions felt kind of small for the price, didn’t they? A few people also mentioned their orders got mixed up. The staff was friendly enough, just not super organized. For catering, I guess I was expecting a smoother experience

"Really glad I tried the lobster roll"
I had the lobster roll and really enjoyed it. The lobster tasted fresh and buttery, and they didn’t skimp on the amount, which I appreciated. The bread was soft with just a little toast to it, and the sauce wasn’t overdone at all. Simple, tasty, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’d definitely get it again.

"Service made the whole thing frustrating"
I really do like the idea of Cousins Maine Lobster, and I wanted to have a better experience than I did. The food itself was fine, not amazing maybe, but okay enough.
The frustrating part was the customer service. I had a question about my order, and getting an actual answer, it took way longer than it should have. I felt like I was being passed from one person to another, and nobody really seemed to know what was happening.
By the time it was all sorted out, I was already annoyed, so the whole meal felt kind of ruined. Not the worst experience ever, for sure, but better I was expecting from them.

"Suspiciously close to a real Maine lobster roll"
This tasted legit, like, almost too close to the Maine lobster rolls I remember. Makes me wonder what kind of seafood wizardry is going on behind the scenes. The only thing that felt a little fishy was the price, which is definitely on the high side, but flavor-wise? Yeah, they might be onto something...

"Still Hot and Really Hit the Spot"
I grabbed a lobster roll with tots, i was happy to see everything was still nice and hot by the time I sat down to eat. Seafood can cool off quickly, so that was a nice surprise. The lobster tasted fresh, the tots were solid, and having it all served warm made it even better. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for something quick and tasty

"My order did show up on time, which…"
My order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the box was beat up and one corner was a little wet. The food inside was still cold, so at least that part was fine, but it didn’t feel like it was packed with much care. Nothing was completely ruined, but it wasn’t a great first impression when I opened it. I also expected some kind of follow-up after the condition it arrived in, but I never heard anything. I’d probably order again, but I really hope they improve the packaging next time.

"Fresh, easy, and honestly kind of fun"
I ordered the meal kit not totally sure how it would go. Seafood at home usually makes me nervous. Lobster especially. But the instructions were simple enough that I didn’t feel like I was messing anything up.
Everything showed up packed really neatly. The little details helped too, like knowing when to warm the lobster and when to stop so it didn’t get overcooked. Somehow it came together faster than I expected.
And it tasted really fresh. Buttery, easy, no big kitchen drama. Just a nice dinner at home that felt a little special. I’d definitely order it again

"Pretty clean overall, but I noticed a few things"
As someone who’s a little picky about cleanliness when I eat out, I thought the restaurant looked decent overall and the truck was mostly clean too. That said, a few tables and parts of the floor looked like they could’ve used more attention. Not terrible, just something I definitely noticed

"Great lobster, worth tracking down"
I finally caught the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck near me after checking a few times, the food was really good. The lobster roll tasted fresh, and the service was fast, which I appreciate because if you’re going to charge for good seafood, you should deliver on quality, and they did. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that their truck schedule can be a little hit or miss, so you may have to be patient. Still, when you do find them, it feels worth it.

"Way more options than I expected"
I thought this place was just lobster rolls, and I only stopped in because I was hungry and didn’t feel like overthinking lunch. Turns out they had tacos, tots, bisque, and a bunch of other stuff too. It was actually really nice, especially since not everyone in my group was in the mood for the same thing.

The lobster roll itself was really tasty, so no complaints on the food. But the wait was way longer than I expected, and I felt like I was being forced to practice patience when I just wanted lunch. The staff was nice enough, which helped a little, but the timing definitely took the fun out of it...

"Not as fresh as I hoped"
I ordered from Cousins Maine Lobster and was excited to try it, but it just didn’t really hit for me. The lobster tasted kind of dry and didn’t have that sweet, fresh flavor I was expecting. The bun was fine, but something about it felt like the whole thing had been sitting around a little too long. For the price, I was hoping for better quality. Maybe it was just an off day, but I probably wouldn’t order again anytime soon.

"Shrimp tacos were so good tbh"
I skipped the lobster this time and just got the shrimp tacos with fries. The shrimp actually had a lot of flavor and wasn’t overcooked, which I’m always kinda nervous about lol. The sauce was really good too. Overall I was happy with it and would def order again...
